1. The service

Happy VPN provides an Android interface for VLESS and WireGuard VPN connections and optional diagnostics. Server access can be free or premium. Availability depends on your connection, device, server operators and service configuration. A listing does not guarantee that a route is reachable.

A VPN does not guarantee absolute anonymity, uninterrupted access, a particular speed or protection from every security threat. Maintain appropriate device security and use secure websites. Read the Privacy Policy before connecting.

2. Responsible use

Use the service only where permitted by applicable law and with any required authorization. Do not use it to attack systems, distribute malware, commit fraud, infringe others’ rights or interfere with the service. Do not share confidential tunnel keys, backend tokens or purchase credentials. You remain responsible for your activity and third-party services you access.

3. Subscriptions, if offered

These terms do not promise that billing or any subscription is currently available. Before purchasing, review the price, billing period, renewal terms and any offer shown in the app and Google Play purchase screen. No trial or fixed price is promised here. Premium access may require a valid purchase and successful verification.

For Google Play subscriptions, renewal and cancellation follow the displayed purchase terms. Uninstalling Happy VPN does not cancel a subscription. Use Google Play’s subscription management to manage it. Refund eligibility depends on applicable law and Google Play’s refund rules; contact support when help is needed. Nothing here removes statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights.

4. Third-party infrastructure and changes

Google services, VPN infrastructure and optional web pages have separate policies and technical dependencies. We do not claim verified control over every operator’s logging or retention. Routes and optional features may change or become unavailable. Material service or pricing changes affecting purchases must respect applicable law and the purchase terms.

5. Rights and support

No particular governing law or dispute venue is designated in this initial document. Any mandatory rights and remedies under applicable law remain unaffected; no blanket exclusion of liability or unconditional no-refund rule is intended.
